The Doepfer A-100 Do-It-Yourself Kit #1 is a set of components that allows inexpensive DIY construction of an enclosure for the A-100 system.

- Power supply with external transformer (for electrical safety reasons, no life-threatening mains voltages)
- Maximum current: 1200mA (like PSU2, but no toroidal transformer, but external transformer)
- Two Bus Boards
- Four profile rails 84TE (approx. 427 mm) for mounting the A-100 modules
- Approx. 160 nuts M3 for insertion into the corresponding pull of the profile rails (thus the modules can be moved freely and also modules of other manufacturers with deviating positions of the drillings can be inserted without gaps)
- Cable material for connecting power supply and backplanes Dimension sketches for backplanes and power supply (for drilling the appropriate holes)
- Construction proposal for wooden enclosure (sketch + list of required wooden boards) additional assembly material such as screws, nuts or spacer bolts (for backplanes, power supply, threaded rails etc.) is not included, as different parts are required here depending on the type of enclosure
